TURFGRASS SUPPORTS ELITE SPORTSMEN AND WOMEN

This year, the Olympic Castile La Mancha Programme (CLAMO) will give awards to a total of 53 sportspeople, 41 in the absolute category, 8 in the future category and 4 in the paralympic category, as the regional government shows its support for sport and sportspeople.

This statement has been released by the Councillor for Education and Science, María Ángeles García, and the Councillor for Culture, Tourism and Crafts, Soledad Herrero, who today gave information about the sportspeople who are to benefit from this sporting excellence programme. The decision was made at the meeting which the CLAMO board held to make the selection, and sign the respective agreements with the eleven sponsors.
